Laser Cutting

Cutting and drilling can be done by laser or punching. During estimate we choose best solution considering relation between quality and price. Laser plants, by usage of pure gas, asure an exemplary cutting without burrs and excellent for welding, important for noble metals like inox steel and aluminium.

Bending

Nothing is more simple. A wide range of blades and matrix dies, further 1 to 6 CNN axes, grant achievement of more unimaginable folds.

Shearing and Stamping

Our offer is completed by this department that using hydraulic presses and machines for sheet metal shear, here we ensure high productivity at a low cost on products of large series and the possibility to have special deformation impossible to obtain with simple bending systems (stamping disks, bends particular, etc.). We also guarantee assistance and collaboration to define the equipment more correct for the required results.

Welding

The department is able to guarantee absolute reliability in the application of the techniques TIG and MIG to any type of material that is structurally combinable to austenitic alloys, ferrous and not ferrous. MIG method can use a ROBOT WELDING with rotary table that which improves the quality welding and reduces production costs for production of many pieces. The use of welding masks designed and made in our internal guarantees the perfect repeatability of the pieces of the series, the WELDING CERTIFICATION of some employees allows to meet the needs of welding more details. We are able to complete the production process with fittings of small mechanical parts ( insert, stud bolts, coupling nuts).

Warehouse

Our warehouse is qualified to store semifinished products ready for delivery and has lift-trucks from 15 to 30 q. All material is properly packed also in compliance with customer specifications and identified by a bin tag for immediate recognition. An internal service and collaboration with sector specialists allow us to make on time quick delivery with the maximum safety.
