Our technical department ensures the possibility of developing and studying any customer’s idea, guaranteeing maximum flexibility for special solutions, also out of the standard.

The customer’s drawing and/or idea is developed according to the requirement and the subsequent feasibility and cost study allows the product to be estimated in order to assess its suitability.

The testing phase completes the study cycle and allows the necessary tests and final verification of the product.

The choice to have most of the processes carried out internally allows LA DUE ESSE to offer maximum competitiveness on the market. We also make our experience in the metalworking sector available to the customer and the availability of competent and motivated staff.

Processing

The best processing technologies to achieve a high result in the production of boilers

The tubular or sheet metal required for the boiler come from selected suppliers and are accompanied by the necessary certifications
The cutting processes are done with the latest generation of machines, guaranteeing the cleanliness of the cutting surface, which is absolutely essential for the subsequent phases of the cycle, and the necessary product traceability markings
The subsequent processing phases are executed in a welding area created ad hoc and separated from the rest of production to maintain the purity and cleanliness of the product.
The boiler passes through these steps in series

Virola bending on a specific calender equipped to obtain the best performance on the most typical product diameters;
Logitudinal TIG welding for tube closure of the virola;
Double welding machine to optimise the welding of the boiler bases;
Positioner for controlled and constant welding of all necessary boiler connections.

Testing

In addition to the checks of the individual process steps, all boilers produced are tested at the end of the process for hydraulic tightness.
This ensures a high quality standard and defect-free parts.
Washable and packaging

The produced and tested boilers undergo pickling and cleaning treatments at suppliers specialised in these types of treatment

Once the boiler is finished, it is packed and made available for delivery to the customer.
